Whenever you are confusing with what you are doing and who you are now, just back to your WHY

whenever you start something new, something that you are not sure about, just think of WHY

So, let start with WHY

/ The reality is, most business today are making decision based on a set of incomplete or worse, completely flawed assumption about what’s driving their business

/ For the seller, selling based on price is like heroin. The short term gain is fantastic, but the more you do it, the harder it becomes to kick the habit

/ In the business to business world promotion are called “value added”. But the principle are the same, give something away for free to reduce the risk so that someone will do business with you. And like price, promotion works

/ I always joke that you can get someone to buy a gym membership with an aspiration message, but to get them to three days per week requires a bit of inspiration

/ Just like the habitual dieter, “they never have tome or money to do it right the first time”, she said of her client, “but they always have time and money to do it again”

/ Repeat business is when people do business with you multiple times. Loyalty is when people are willing to turn down a better product or a better price to continue doing business with you

/ Just because it works doesn’t make it right

/ Why do you get out of bed every morning?

/ People don’t buy what you do, they buy why you do it

/ Apple even changed its legal name in 2007 from Apple computer, Inc to Apple to reflect the fact that they were more than just a computer company

/ Knowing your why is not the only way to be successful, but it’s the only way to maintain a lasting success and have a greater blend of innovation and flexibility

/ The goal of business should not to do business with anyone who simply want what we have. It should be to focus on the people who believe what you believe. When you are doing business only with those who believe in our WHY, TRUST EMERGES

/ What all great leaders have in common is the ability to find good fits to join their organization – those who believe what they believe

/ The goal is to hire those who are passionate for your why, your purpose, cause or belief, and who have the attitude that fits your culture

/ The role of a leader is not to come up with all the great ideas. The goal of a leader is to create an environment in which great ideas can happen

Note by my self: At least, find HR that believe in your GOAL, your WHY

/ When a why is clean, those who share that belief will be drawn to it and maybe want to take part in bringing it to life
